Grow · Google Business Profile Management
A better-managed Google presence for every location.
We keep your Google Business Profile accurate, current, and useful, with review support and clear monthly reporting. Your team can focus on serving customers while the listing they find first stays right.
Who it’s for
- Specialty retailers, where accurate hours, products, and photos decide whether someone visits today
- Automotive aftermarket and installation shops whose services and reviews need to be clear
- Local service businesses that know the profile matters but don’t have time to keep it current
- Operators with several locations that need every one to show the same correct information
Problems we fix
What usually brings people to us
- Hours that are wrong on holidays or after a schedule change
- Categories and services that no longer match what the business does
- Old or missing photos of the storefront, team, and work
- Reviews with no response, or responses that read like a template
- Website links that go to the wrong page, with no way to measure them
- Locations showing different names, phone numbers, or details

How it works
From first call to ongoing care
01
Visibility Review
A free written review of your public profile, then a 15-minute walkthrough.
02
Written proposal
If the service is a fit, we confirm the scope and send a written proposal.
03
Access and baseline
With your authorization, we set up access and record a baseline.
04
Ongoing care and reporting
The agreed improvements, then weekly checks and a monthly summary.
How we charge
Monthly plan
A monthly plan scoped to your locations and the work you need, sent as a written proposal. Monthly plans have a 3-month minimum, then run month to month. Google does not charge for the profile itself.
Profile Care
Ongoing care for a profile, so it stays accurate and active. Website work is outside this plan.
Local Growth
Expanded Profile Care, plus a bounded improvement to one existing website page and enquiry measurement where your site supports it.
Multi-location
Consistent Profile Care across your eligible locations, coordinated in one place with consolidated reporting.
What the cost depends on
- The number of eligible locations
- Which plan you choose
- Any one-off setup or cleanup work
- Applicable tax
Every engagement
- A written quote before any work starts
- Changes approved in writing before they’re made
- You own your accounts, code, and content
Who you’ll work with
One point of contact, a team behind it
You get one point of contact from the first call through to ongoing care, with a small, senior team behind them doing the work. We have been building and supporting client systems since 2014, including a franchise’s operations platform and a corporate yoga company’s custom platform, each for more than a decade.
We also manage the Google Business Profile for a Metro Vancouver construction company, alongside the website we built for it and its search visibility. In an earlier in-house role, Mark led a Shopify POS rollout across 47 retail locations: employed work, not Cloudstruct client work and not a Google Business Profile result.
Cloudstruct was founded by Mark Dos Santos, who has also spent 15+ years leading ecommerce and technology teams in-house; his full background is on LinkedIn.
Common questions
Isn’t Google Business Profile free?
Yes. Google does not charge for the profile. Cloudstruct charges only for the management work we agree on in writing.
How is the cost determined?
By the number of locations, the plan, and any setup work. You get a written proposal with the scope and fees before you commit to anything. Nothing is billed outside the written quote without your written approval.
Do you guarantee rankings or more customers?
No. Nobody can honestly guarantee rankings, lead volume, sales, or the outcome of Google’s verification. We commit to the agreed work and clear reporting on it.
Who owns the profile?
You do. We work through manager access that you grant and can remove at any time. We will never ask for your Google password.
What do you need from us?
Accurate business information, timely approvals, and usable photos.
How do you handle reviews?
Through a genuine feedback process. Every customer can be asked, you approve the responses, and nothing is bought or incentivized. Reviews that appear to break Google’s policies are reported through Google’s own process, and Google decides the outcome.
Is there a contract?
Monthly plans have a 3-month minimum, then run month to month.
What does the monthly report show?
Three separate things: the work done, the interactions Google makes available, and the enquiries we can actually measure. A tap on Google’s call button is not an answered call or a sale, and the report does not treat it as one.
